Safety
Chatki is for adults, every call is private, and the report and block buttons sit on the chat screen for both people. Here is what is allowed, what is not, and what happens when someone breaks the rules.
The rules
Chatki is for adults only. Anyone who appears to be under 18 is removed, and reports about age are handled first.
Insults, threats, pressure to do anything on camera and repeated unwanted contact end an account.
Recording a call or sharing someone's image or details outside Chatki is banned and reported to the platform.
Asking for money, pushing links or moving people to other apps gets an account removed.
Both buttons are on the chat screen for both people. Block ends the call and makes sure you are never matched with that person again. Report sends the conversation to moderation, which acts on every report; accounts that break the rules are suspended or removed.
Chatki does not record the video of your call on its side and does not publish anything from a call. Your profile is only what you put on it. The privacy policy lists exactly what is stored for an account and for how long.
If you want to report something you saw after a call ended, or report a profile, use the report button on that profile, or write to [email protected] with the username and what happened.
Every call is private, and the buttons that protect you are on the screen from the first second.
